What's important to me in a product is its performance, affordability, high-quality ingredients and safe formulas. I choose products that are 100% animal-cruelty free, sulphate-free, phthalate-free, and have a low impact on the environment. I am constantly researching products that reflect these values and aim to properly educate my clients on how to use them to achieve the best results!

~Paraben-free: Recent scientific studies have raised some concerns regarding cumulative exposure to parabens as a preservative. Parabens have been shown to influence the abnormal growth in breast tissue cells contributing to breast cancer. My products instead use paraben-free preservatives to maintain shelf life.
~Sulphate-free: Sulphate is a harsh, lab-created surfactant that strips away natural oils and proteins from your skin leading to brittle hair. My products use plant-based surfactants that keep your natural oils locked in.
~Cruelty-free: Product is not tested on animals!
~Vegan: Product contains no animal bi-products such as silk, lanolin, beeswax, among others.
~Phthalate-free: Phthalates are a family of chemical compounds and are the most common plasticizers in the world. They have been found to negatively affect hormones and fertility and have been linked to breast cancer.

New York City-based VERB hair care only uses ingredients that keep your strands healthy in the long run. One of their main ingredients is fatty acid-rich argan oil, which moisturizes and promotes scalp health. VERB has a fantastic array of styling products, shampoos and conditioners. A really great choice for fine hair due to their big selection of volumizing options.
